It will be held Tuesday, October 28 at the downtown Central Library. Come hear from local artists who are using the latest technology to create their cutting-edge video art. You’ll also hear about the annual city-wide arts festival, “Luminaria” and how you can be a part of it.

The forum is free and is held the fourth Tuesday of each month at the downtown library auditorium, 600 Soledad, with networking from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. followed by a panel discussion from 7 to 8 p.m.
