May 2010 Forum: Getting Your Film Into the Festival

Want to get your film into the next film festival? Come and hear what festival directors are looking for before you submit yours. Don’t miss the first San Antonio Film Forum 2010 on Tuesday, May 25th at the Downtown Central Library. The topic is “Getting Your Film into the Festival”.

Please join festival programmers Erik Bosse (Josiah Youth Media Festival), Adam Rocha (San Antonio Film Festival), Manuel Solis (CineFestival), Jose Banuelos (SAL Film Fest), and Vince Koegle (Texandance Film Festival) as they speak about their selection process and what festivals are looking for when they program their events.

The forum is free and held the fourth Tuesday of the month at the Downtown Central Library auditorium (600 Soledad, on first floor), from 7 to 8 p.m. Come early and network with other film-friendly folks, starting at 6:30 p.m. Parking is available in the library parking garage for a small fee.

The forum is hosted by the San Antonio Film Commission and moderated by Nikki Young of PrimaDonna Productions, www.primadonnaproductions.com For information, contact janetv@filmsanantonio.com or visit www.filmsanantonio.com
